Each model is equipped with a premium 1080p telephoto lens and a 1/2.8-inch HD CMOS sensor (2.07MP) that delivers delicate, sharp Full HD visuals at up to 1920×1080. The series offers flexible zoom options — 12x (RC821), 20x (RC820) and 30x (RC823) — for sharp close-ups and long-range shots that suit a wide variety of room sizes.

Built-in AI algorithms provide Presenter Tracking, Auto Framing and Zone Tracking, adapting intelligently to different environments for efficient, hands-free capture. Next-generation ISP image processing optimises white balance and auto exposure for superior visual quality across video conferencing, education recording, remote teaching, live streaming and broadcasting.

All models support low-latency simultaneous 4-channel 1080p@60fps output via HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB and Ethernet, ensuring stable frame synchronisation for multi-device displays. Optional expansion adds Full NDI® for lossless low-latency professional production and NDI®|HX3 for bandwidth-efficient streaming over standard Gigabit networks.
