See Every Detail, Track Every Moment

The ROCWARE RC640, available from PanSolutions — your trusted partner for professional AV and broadcast solutions in South Africa — is a next-generation ProAV 4K HDR10 PTZ camera engineered for vivid, detail-packed visuals and reliable intelligent tracking.

It adopts 10-bit colour depth and fully complies with the BT.2020 colour standard, delivering a colour gamut twice as wide as BT.709 and reproducing roughly 1.07 billion colours. This produces natural colour transitions that match human vision, faithfully recreating light gradients and contrast details while significantly reducing post-production colour grading.

Equipped with a large 1/1.55-inch 50MP CMOS sensor, the RC640 delivers ultra-clear, cinematic-grade footage at up to 4K@60fps, while remaining compatible with 1080p and 720p for flexible device matching. The professional 20x optical zoom lens with a wide 60° horizontal field of view supports seamless switching between panoramic shots and magnified close-ups — ideal for conferences, classrooms and live streaming.

Built-in PDAF technology with phase-detection pixels locks shooting targets within milliseconds, keeping fast-moving athletes or dynamic performers persistently sharp. 1080p@120fps high-frame-rate capture records crisp details of fast action for stutter-free slow-motion playback. Proprietary ReID and FaceID AI algorithms analyse skeletal structure, body shape, posture and clothing to achieve reliable Presenter Tracking even in complicated scenes, keeping targets centred in the frame.
