Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 Section 51 Manual
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, No 2 of 2000 ("the Act") was enacted on 3 February 2000, giving effect to the constitutional right of access to any information held by the State and any information that is held by another person and that is required for the exercise or protection of any rights. Where a request is made in terms of the Act, the body to whom the request is made is obliged to release the information, except where the Act expressly provides that the information may or must not be released. The Act sets out the requisite procedural issues attached to such request.

Selected items on our website can be ordered direcly from us. Payment is via EFT / Direct Deposit ONLY. You can update the quantity of the item required, then complete your contact and delivery details below. An Order with a unique order number will be generated and emailed to you. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are included in the price.
Please use this Order Number as the reference when making your payment. You may send your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once payment has been confirmed and the funds have cleared in our account, we will dispatch the goods with an invoice to your specified delivery address.
Orders are subject to stock availability. Please note our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days, if the product is in stock.
Orders are valid for 3 days, while stocks last, thereafter we will process at our discretion if stock / pricing is still valid.
All goods have a 1 year local warranty. Orders will be accepted or rejected at the discretion of PanSolutions. E&OE
